Thank you for shopping with Feltier. Due to the nature of our fulfillment model, all products are made to order and shipped directly from third-party suppliers. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES (CUSTOMER ERROR)
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

You ordered the wrong size, color, or variant

You changed your mind after placing the order

You no longer want the item
All products are produced and fulfilled on demand, so once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
We strongly recommend reviewing all order details carefully before completing your purchase.
ELIGIBLE REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS
We may offer a refund or replacement if your order has a verified issue.
Eligible cases include:

CLAIM REQUIREMENTS
To submit a claim, you must:

If multiple items are affected, you must provide evidence showing all affected items together.
We reserve the right to evaluate all claims and determine whether a refund, replacement, or no action is appropriate.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your package appears lost:

Confirm your shipping address was entered correctly

Check with your local carrier or post office
If the package cannot be located, you must contact us within:

7 days after 30 days from shipment (for U.S. orders)

7 days after 45 days from shipment (for international orders)
Claims submitted outside these timeframes may not be accepted.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you:

We may offer reshipment at your expense

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
The following are not considered valid reasons for refunds or replacements:

Minor variations in print placement (within industry tolerance)

Slight color differences due to screen settings or lighting

Size deviations within standard manufacturing tolerance (up to ~1 inch)

Issues caused by low-quality or incorrect design files (if applicable)

We do not guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for carrier delays

All items may be shipped separately depending on supplier logistics

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method
