This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when purchasing from Feltier.

Feltier operates using a fulfillment model where products are sourced and shipped from third-party suppliers and production partners located in different regions. This allows us to offer a wider range of products but may result in longer or variable delivery times.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days before shipment. Processing time refers to order verification, production (if applicable), quality control, and packaging.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated shipping times vary depending on the destination and supplier location:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 10–20 business days

  • Australia: 10–25 business days

These are estimated timeframes only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.


TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after shipment depending on the carrier.


MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

In some cases, orders may be shipped in separate packages due to different suppliers or warehouse locations. This means items from the same order may arrive at different times.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.


LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  1. Check tracking updates for recent movement

  2. Contact your local postal service or carrier

  3. Verify your shipping address provided at checkout

If the package is still not located, please contact us at feltier.management@gmail.com within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or other external factors outside our control.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense or a partial refund at our discretion.


DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

An order is considered successfully delivered when marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages after confirmed delivery.
