Feltier operates using a fulfillment model where products may be sourced and shipped from third-party suppliers, including international suppliers.

We do not manufacture most of the products listed. As a result:

  • Products may ship from different locations

  • Minor variations in design, color, or specifications may occur

All product descriptions are provided to the best of our ability but are not guaranteed to be exact.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
All orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supply issues.

Once an order is placed, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it due to automated processing and supplier fulfillment timelines.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers, including Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the full amount.

We do not store full payment card details.

Due to our fulfillment model:

  • Orders may take longer to arrive than standard retail shipping

  • Items may ship separately

  • Tracking updates may be delayed

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon confirmed delivery to your provided shipping address.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and secure.

Due to the nature of our sourcing and fulfillment process:

  • Not all items are eligible for return

  • Customers may be required to provide photo or video evidence for damaged or incorrect items

Filing a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us may result in account restrictions.
